My Favorite Coffee Table Books

By now, everyone is well aware what a "coffee table book" is. They are the books with pretty covers that every trendy girl has displayed throughout her apartment, room, etc. Most people probably do not end up reading the books they have on display, however, when choosing mine, I am sure that it is a book I will actually read! On my desk, I have a collection of my favorites enclosed by two agate stone bookends from Target.

I love all of my books, but I do have a few favorites! The first is actually my newest addition, but I am obsessed already. The Cool Factor by Andrea Linett is a staple for any fashion newbie or junkie. The book goes through all the basic clothing pieces and gives tips for styling. When I am having a fashion road block picking out an outfit, I turn to this book to remind me of the essentials and how they make blog-worthy outfits.

The next two books I love are written by blogger Emily Schuman, creator of Cupcakes and Cashmere. When I bought her first book, I read through it hundreds of times... I was obsessed! I wanted to model my life after everything in the book. When Emily released her second book, Cupcakes and Cashmere: Home, I was beyond thrilled! I am looking forward to buying my first apartment or home in the future, just so I can decorate it with the guide of these books!

Lastly, I wanted to include a short, easy read! This book is called A Little Bit of  Dreams by Stase Michaels.  My whole life, I have been very interested in analyzing dreams. I used to keep a journal of all my dreams when I was young and try to figure out what they meant! I love this book because it is a great introduction to the interpretation of them.
